Shareholders approve 'Blackline Safety' and add independent member, Brad Gilewich

Blackline GPS Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BLN) ("Blackline") today announces that during its annual general meeting last week, shareholders voted in favor of changing Blackline's name from Blackline GPS Corp. to Blackline Safety Corp. This change reaffirms the company's focus on employee safety monitoring technology design, product development and manufacturing. Shareholders also re-elected Blackline's existing board of directors and approved the new appointment of Brad Gilewich, bringing the number of board members to six. Mr. Gilewich is a Chartered Accountant and Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs at the Katz Group which includes DAK Investments Corp., Blackline's largest investor.
