Company earns prestigious workplace safety management certification, recognizes customers with Community Impact Awards, and advances workplace safety with EXO 8 launch
Calgary, Canada — Blackline Safety Corp. (TSX: BLN), a global leader in connected safety technology, today published its fiscal 2024 Sustainability Report. The report highlights the Company’s progress and future focus across its core sustainability commitments, which include minimizing environmental impact, supporting employees and communities, and advancing workplace safety through cloud-connectivity and data insights.
Highlights from this year’s report include:
- Achieved MASE (Manual for the Improvement of Company Safety) certification in France, a leading health, safety, and environment (HSE) management reference system, and a recognized standard that provides methodology and resources to effectively manage Blackline’s HSE approach through performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Celebrated Blackline’s 20th anniversary and invested in 20 causes in the communities where our employees live and work to mark this achievement.
- Introduced Blackline Safety Impact Awards to recognize customers, employees and organizations making an impact on the health and safety of their co-workers, companies and/or communities in which they operate.
- Launched the breakthrough innovation EXO 8, the only direct-to-cloud area monitor capable of detecting up to eight gases plus gamma radiation.
- Grew devices monitored through the Company’s in-house Safety Operations Center and partner Alarm Receiving Centers to 64,000, a 20% increase over last year. Blackline’s connected safety portfolio now protects over 165,000 workers globally.

Blackline Safety’s fiscal 2024 Sustainability Report has been prepared in accordance with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board Framework for Technology-Hardware and Software & IT Services, and aligns with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures’ recommended guidelines.
